Ooooh….From the boys bringing you Bayou and Grain, Queen City BBQ is about to roll into town this September. They seem to have a working paradigm, and with no one cornering the BBQ market downtown yet, they may just have the recipe for success in Shula’s former spot a few doors down from the Hamilton.
